We are looking for an amazing Group Fitness Instructor for our Snap Fitness in Glenmore Park to teach HIIT, Strength and Conditioning classes and more. Join our Snap team & work in a fun, training environment!

We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about helping others achieve their goals while having a great time doing it. We are looking for a Trainer who loves to run group classes with a high energy level and motivate our clients as best possible.

Responsibilities

  • Program sessions
  • Take full ownership of delivering our classes to customers and customer experience
  • Enforce rules (no towel no workout, check in and bookings)
  • Deliver & design high quality, safe and results based sessions
  • Develop and maintain a positive, motivational and community-based training environment
  • Build strong rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Accurately demonstrate exercises and give clear and concise verbal cues in front of large groups.
  • Complete pre-exercise screening/evaluations and be able to progress and regress prescribed exercises to ensure inclusion and safety for all clients.
  • Correct clients’ technique to ensure inclusivity and safety for all members.
  • Work closely with the Snap Fitness management team to ensure that all aspects of the business are operating at the highest level.

  • Excellent knowledge about how to lead a healthy lifestyle including being physically fit and nutrition.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leader and team player.
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings and split-shifts

Must Have's

  • Experience in Group Fitness
  • Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified
  • Extremely passionate about changing members lives
  • Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
  • Highly energetic and can build great rapport
  • Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!
