This is a hands-on Sales & Customer service role that involves:
- Daily membership enquiry handling and sales
- Greeting members and making them feel welcome
- Engaging, motivating and assisting members on the gym floor
- Providing orientations to new members
- Gym maintenance, cleanliness & equipment services
- Encouraging gym etiquette (eg; towel and hygiene etc)
- Cleaning/tidying and maintaining gym standards
We will support you! and give you a place to develop and grow as a professional sales and customer services consultant!
To be considered for this role, you need to have a Winners attitude and be driven to achieve Goals & Targets.
Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness is preferable but not essential.
We ask that you nominate a minimum of 4 hours per week for developing your client base in a new member assessment environment.
This role would suit an experienced trainer looking for fixed paid hours to supplement their existing PT business or someone new to the industry from a customer service background.
