At Genesis, we know that our staff are the heart and soul of our clubs. With the new year upon us, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Genesis Caulfield and Dandenong clubs as a Memberships Consultant.
About Genesis Fitness
With 24-hour access, 7 days a week, our national network of health clubs spans across Australia at 39 locations (and growing!) featuring every aspect of exercise from weights to cardio, swimming or dance, boxing to cycling.
The Role
The role involves prospecting, lead generation, calling potential members, touring, closing and getting referrals for future members. They will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility and Genesis in a positive and professional manner.
The primary responsibility of our membership consultant is to deliver first-class services to our customers ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision, Values and Club Culture. They have the responsibility to achieve individual and team goals and targets for growing the member base. The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and enjoy helping people discover and achieve their fitness goals.

Previous experience in fitness, sales and customer service is highly advantageous but not essential!
