F45 Training Watergardens is one of the busiest F45 Training studios in Australia and we're on the lookout for a full-time or part-time Assistant Studio Manager.
We're searching for a highly motivated, personable & confident Group Fitness Trainer/Personal Trainer with some management or leadership experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at F45 Watergardens and help continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience to the people of Sydenham, Taylors Lakes, Hillside, Taylors Hill, Keilor Lodge & Kealba!
About the role
As an F45 Assistant Studio Manager, you will run industry-leading HIIT sessions, assess member fitness levels and promote F45 Training within the surrounding suburbs.
You will lead, coach, motivate, inspire and have full accountability for your team of group trainers. You will ensure that they run F45 Training sessions to the highest of standards at all times.
You will play an active role in the promotion of F45 Training in the local area, using social media and other digital platforms to share the amazing experience that our clients have each and every time they visit our studios.
You will have significant administrative responsibilities including client management, leads & sales processes, employee scheduling, customer queries and the management of email & social media accounts.
You will play a huge role in creating an inclusive and fun culture where all types of people feel comfortable and welcome to train and socialise.
You will play an active role in the development of strategy to ensure the Watergardens studio is the most trusted and chosen fitness studio in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

Skills and experience required
- Certificate III in Group Fitness or Certificate IV in Personal Training
- Previous experience in a Management or Leadership role in a customer service industry
- Current senior First Aid and CPR
- Must have flexibility (available for some mornings, evenings & weekends)
- Must be punctual & reliable
- Ambition for career progression
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, supportive and professional attitude towards clients
- Ability to develop strong relationships and build rapport quickly with clients
- Excellent attention to detail with outstanding time management and organisational skills
