We are looking for superstars who are passionate about fitness, are dedicated to helping people change their lives for the better. F45 Training Chelsea is a premium group fitness training facility located in the heart of Chelsea with a strong local community membership base.

MULTIPLE ROLES

Assistant Manager / Head Trainer (Part-Time or Full Time)

Group Fitness Trainers / Coaches - (Casual / Part-Time ) 10 - 25 classes a week

Assistant Manager / Head Trainer (Part-Time or Full Time)

The Role - (Coach 20-25 classes a week  / Sales, marketing & admin 5-10 hours a week)

You will have experience working in the fitness industry in a leadership role or believe you are ready to take the next step in your career. You walk the walk when it comes to fitness and health. You are a bubbly all-rounder who can lead a team and set the example and help each team member become the best they can and to deliver the best training.

You ideally will also have some sales experience so you can help the studio manager make sales calls following up on leads now and then. Plus you’ll have a solid understanding of
how to use social media to market and attract new members to the studio.

Some admin will be required using the Mindbody software but full training will be provided. 

What will the role involve?

  • Delivering group training sessions for our members (F45 Group Training)
  • Assistant Managing a team and rosters
  • Supporting new members to join the studios
  • Social media and marketing
  • Member sales & support
  • Organising member events
  • Building a community

Group Fitness Trainers / Coaches

The Role -Take between 10 - 25 classes a week 

Deliver the best group training experience to members making sure you get around and engage each and every person, helping with technique and form, and motiving the members during the workout.  

About You

You will have substantial personal training experience working in the fitness industry with either a cert 3 or cert 4 in fitness or related degree. Or you are a keen, passionate bubbly person that wants a start in the fitness industry and is willing to do what it takes to succeed.

Requirements

  • Cert III (Group Instructor) OR Cert IV in Fitness (both is preferable)
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Passionate about Group & HIIT Training
  • Confidence & a positive attitude
  • A strong passion for the fitness industry + driving clients to reach their untapped potential
  • Confident communication skills
  • Experience in a group training environment is preferred but not necessary

More about the Role

  • Lead F45 Functional / HIIT sessions to a high standard
  • Membership acquisition and retention
  • Provide inspiration, motivation and encouragement to our members
  • Ability to provide technical advice and feedback within sessions
  • Ensuring that the cleanliness and safety of the studio is impeccably maintained
  • Resetting of classes and equipment for the following day (PM classes)

The Hours

To be considered for a role you must be available across the week in the morning and evenings, including weekends in the morning. We rotate everyone through the weekends so you might get only 1 or 2 in the month, unless you are really keen and want to work more, you can!
