The Genesis Fitness Personal Training Or Coaching Program Experience
This could be your chance to have the autonomy of being your own boss, whilst having a network of support, behind the scenes, to ensure your success. As part of the team here at Genesis Fitness Bull Creek, our primary focus is to create a comfortable working environment and an enjoyable atmosphere all whilst giving you hands-on experience in the industry. We will also cover ongoing, extensive business & practical coaching, a mentor, internal monthly workshops, a cap on trainers in a club with a HIGH trainer to member ratio as well as a Genesis Fitness membership.
For the right person there is also paid coaching work in our coaching zone, are you someone who loves driving groups to succeed?
The Steps required becoming our next star Personal trainer:

- Receive an invitation to a ZOOM INTERVIEW!
- If you progress to the next stage after attending our Group Interview and you're already qualified as a PT, we will prepare you to begin your new career with Genesis Fitness immediately.
Not Qualified as a Personal Trainer?
For unqualified professionals, opportunities exist in sales, reception, and management (experience required).
