Snap Fitness Manly West is currently looking for an Assistant Club Manager with an enthusiastic approach, willingness to learn, self-motivated fitness professional to work in our great supportive team.
The role:
As Assistant Club Manager you will be supporting the Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Club. The position provides key assistance to the Club Manager to:
- Facilitate member engagement and retention
- Membership sales and profitability
- Reach agreed targets, with bonus
- Provide members with our high standard of service
- Assist in maintaining all areas of the business: Administration\Reception,
- Sales, Customer Service, Member retention and Personal Training
- Take group fitness training classes
- Mentor other casual staff
This part-time position offers a minimum of 20-23 hours per week both morning and evenings with crossover with Club Manager for training and support. The club also offers great bonuses for hitting targets. We can also provide you with attractive PT options for additional income.
Applicants must hold the following qualifications:
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR (or higher)
- Police/working with children check/blue card (or willing to obtain)
- Fitness registration will be highly regarded.
