Are you looking to be The Head trainer for your very own F45 Studio in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney.
As the Head trainer, you will be the role model and lead our committed, enthusiastic and experienced group of trainers. You will need passion and dedication for F45 and for helping people to excel in this permanent full-time role.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to accelerate their aspirations. There is potential for an ownership stake along with revenue share.
Must have requirements:
- Love F45 training! Did I say Love F45 training
- Be passionate about Fitness
- Be outgoing, energetic, motivated, and with a positive personality
- Love working and training in a fun team
- Love working with people and helping them be the best version of themselves
- Love Group fitness
- Have Cert III and IV in Fitness
- 5 + year experience in group fitness training is essential
- Be able to analyse fitness levels and modify, motivate and monitor with members accordingly.
- Be organised, punctual and self-motivated
- Enjoy working onboarding new members establish their goals and motivations
- Be experienced in content creation for Instagram and Facebook
The role would include but not be exclusive to the following activities:
- 25 hours running classes
- New membership sales, inductions and goal setting
- Existing member follow up and goal setting
- Running of challenges for members
- Social media engagement and content creation
- Management of roster
- Ensure the studio is always maintained and well presented
