9Round Pakenham is seeking a dynamic, passionate and self-motivated fitness professional to lead our team of Personal Trainers and Administrative staff and continue to provide a great experience for our established members.
9Round offers a time flexible 30-minute full body work out that has seen it quickly establish itself as a unique, recognised, fast-paced and successful fitness solution in the United States. Now with over 800 clubs operating in 19 countries, it is growing rapidly in Australia with already 20 clubs operating nationwide.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in managing fitness club sales, leading a group fitness program, leading trainers and being responsible for club operational activities and performance.
Reporting to the Club Owners, the Club Manager will be accountable for the following:
- Member Workout Experience - Providing a results-driven environment for our members
- Sales Management - Driving sales through local community and corporate outreach
- Management of Personal Trainers through Staff Training & Development
- Maintaining Club standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S etc)
- Local Marketing & Relationship Management to drive membership growth
- Social Media including Content Management and Club Performance reporting

The Requirements:
- Fitness qualifications - you must have a minimum of Cert IV in Fitness (recent graduates welcome)
- Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR (or ability to obtain)
- Must have an appropriate police/working with children check (or ability to obtain)
- A background in martial arts and/or boxing/kickboxing is highly advantageous
