We're opening a new Exciting Fitness Club specialising in Children's Fitness & Wellness.

Are you serious about fitness, is it your dream to work with Children, do you want to be a part of a NEW exciting fitness Brand that will MAKE a difference? Have you the ability to lead a team of likeminded individuals?

This is your chance to be a part of the creative / development team as the Club Manager.

We are looking for a talented individual that sets the bar high and enjoys the challenge of developing and driving a new brand to brilliance.

Direct sales management and negotiating skills will be a key part of the role so it will be an advantage if you have strong experience in these areas. You will also have excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple areas of a business within the core business. Seeking new avenues of lead generation and B2B will also be a requirement to ensure the business is continually being funnelled with new sales opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications required for the position:

• Sales including the ability to relate with B2B
• Team leader experience & or Management skills
• Skills in Business / Office Management
• A fun & dynamic personality
• Blue Card for working with children (or eligible to apply prior to commencement)

Remuneration:

• Package OTE Circa AUD$70,000
• The position is a Full-Time position
• An attractive incentive/bonus structure will be inclusive.
