Genesis Fitness are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Assistant Club Manager to assist our Club Manager in the operation of our facility in Wantirna.

In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Club Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieve sales targets
• Manage and motivate our sales team
• Work within the annual business plan and achieving budgets
• Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
• Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
• Assist the Club Manager with day to day operations of the club

Requirements:

• Experience leading a team (essential)
• Be results driven
• Passion for health and fitness
• Desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club
• SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
