F45 Training Crows Nest is looking for an energetic Group Fitness Trainer/PT to join their team.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, possess great communication skills, be capable of delivering a high standard of customer service and work well with others.
We are looking to hire a Trainer on a Casual basis, to cover predominantly morning shifts.
We offer $40 per hour - Inclusive of Super.
As the successful applicant, you will receive full training in the F45 product, our systems and our technology.
Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Intensity Interval F45 Group Training classes
- Motivate gym members during and after training
- Deliver instruction in the F45 terminology
- Ensure clients are using the correct form at all times
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment
- Welcome clients by name and build rapport
- Continue to build the community culture of the Crows Nest studio
Skills and Experience
- Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions and or PT
- Excellent verbal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to motivate clients
- Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others
- Excellent attention to detail
- Happy, positive, fun and friendly personality
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in group personal training;
- Cert III and IV in Personal Training;
- Must have personal insurance or willingness to obtain;
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
