What will you get to do?
You will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the club to deliver on all key production areas through effective management & development of the club team.
What skills do you need to have?
- Passion for health and fitness and driving for results,
- Demonstrated experience driving for team results,
- Previous management experience working in fitness or retail environment,
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to also see the bigger picture,
- Ability to think quickly as situations arise and make timely effective decisions,
- Excellent communication skills and experience proving constructive feedback,
- Experience in the fitness industry is not a necessity however management experience in retail, sales, or hospitality will be highly regarded.
- Completion of Certificate III (or equivalent) in Fitness and a Completion of a Business/Management/Leadership qualification will also be highly regarded.
