We offer a no-set-class-times opportunity for our members to revel in the high-intensity interval workouts that are scientifically programmed around boxing skills and drills, functional strength and conditioning complete with personal trainers (that could be YOU!)

The Opportunity:

We are on the scout for a handful of somewhat phenomenal and aptly qualified humans to be an integral part of our brand new 12RND Fitness family in Point Cook and Port Melbourne. Full time and part time positions are currently available on our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Run High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts.
  • Cultivate an amazing club atmosphere with a strong culture.
  • Ensure members feel welcomed, encouraged and inspired.
  • Achieve KPI’s and actively assist in the growth and success of the club.
  • Maintain a pristine and clean training environment for members.

What We Are Looking For:

  • FUN, energetic, passionate and approachable.
  • Strong boxing and pad work experience.
  • Functional strength training knowledge & skills.
  • Excellent coaching and teaching skills.
  • Lead by example attitude and lifestyle.
  • Pride in building club culture and strong relationships.
  • Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness.
  • Current First Aid & CPR.
