Snap Fitness Bentleigh East is only 6 months old and is looking for a Personal Trainer with a personality to match the pace and energy of the team. You will be instrumental in creating a culture where everyone thrives.

  • 0-6 months - No weekly rent while you develop your client base. 
  • 7-9 months - 50% weekly rent
  • 10+ months - 100% weekly rent

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with members, providing individualised fitness programs tailored to their specific goals and needs.
  2. Offer professional guidance and support to members, motivating and empowering them throughout their fitness journey.
  3. Lead group fitness classes and small group training sessions, creating engaging and effective workouts for members.
  4. Build strong relationships with members, actively engaging with them to understand their fitness goals and progress.
  5. Promote a safe and clean training environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements: 

  1. Certification: Hold a nationally recognised Personal Training certification.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in conducting personal training sessions and leading group fitness classes.
  3. Passion: A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and motivational skills to connect with members and maintain a positive training atmosphere.
  5. Team Player: Collaborative spirit to work effectively with other trainers and staff.
  6. First aid, CPR, working with children/blue card, etc.
