We are offering the right candidates the opportunity to learn how to acquire, train and get great results for your clients as well as industry knowledge on how to run or open your own studio. We will provide you with clients, but we will expect you to learn how to obtain new leads, contact new leads, book consults and sign up your own new clients. So you will need to know how to sell and market yourself. We can teach you all of this as long as you are willing to learn and implement our trainings.

We currently require Two Part or Full Time Personal Trainers to join our team at our studio in Revesby Heights.

We want to expose you to, what we truly believe, is one of the best development and mentoring programs around. We have had 4 of our trainers open up their very own studio and many others who are currently crushing it at commercial gyms.

Growth within our organisation is also available, and there are always opportunities to work your way up to a higher role as part of our ongoing career development program. In the future we will be seeking a new manager and eventually someone to take over the business. So there is a huge opportunity for the right trainer/s to eventually own and run Pure Results.

With these business mentoring and management opportunities comes some requirements:

1. It is a minimum 1 year contract. We are not interested in investing our time and resources into people who are just looking to learn and leave. We are going to teach you everything it takes to open your own facility. The only reason we are doing this is that the owner is planning on stepping away after the next 2 years. So the opportunity is HUGE! All our secrets given away for FREE. Tested and Proven.
2. We provide you with a key to our studio so you can come and go as you like as this is an appointment only structure. We require a $500 bond which you will receive back after the key is returned and all your sessions are up to date and completed.
3. You will be required to pay a tax deductible amount of $500 for a 6-8 week in depth induction done with the owner on all the processes and systems and how to do all your daily duties.
