About the Role

Due to ongoing business growth, Onfit Training College is seeking contracted trainer and assessors to join its dynamic team.

Your role will be to assist the Onfit team in the assessment of student work on an as-needed basis. You will have a passion for helping students succeed and will assist in guiding them towards a successful career in the health and fitness industry.

In the role, you will be expected to evaluate and assess student work within set timeframes, provide high-quality, supportive assessment feedback and provide excellent student engagement and support.

This is a contracted position and would best suit applicants looking to supplement their current health and fitness career with some additional income or role variation.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role applicants MUST have:*

• SIS30321 - Cert III in Fitness
• SIS40221 - Cert IV in Fitness
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

*Or be able to demonstrate equivalence and currency. You will be responsible for being able to demonstrate both equivalence and currency to the qualifications listed in order to be considered for this role. 

Applicants with Bachelor or Post Graduate qualifications in Exercise Science/Human Movements or Sports Science may also apply but must be able to demonstrate how their university qualifications are equivalent to the current requirements for the SIS21 Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
