Snap Fitness Port Melbourne is currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated fitness professional for the position of Club Manager for our Brand new Club.

About the Role

As the Club Manager of Snap Fitness Port Melbourne which is in Pre-Sale, it’s imperative that you are sales-focused, social media savvy and full of energy.

Your day will consist of:

• Lead Generation
• Handling enquiries and helping prospects secure a heavily discounted and limited foundation membership.
• When Snap Fitness Port Melbourne opens, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as:
• Achieving lead generation and sales targets,
• Member Retention
• Marketing
• Hiring and Management of personal trainers
• Delivering top-level customer service,
• Building a community-based culture in the club and the local community.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness, and professional registration with National Fitness Association
• Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
• Must have appropriate police/working with children check.
• Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in a similar environment (e.g.: fitness, retail etc.) will be highly regarded.

To be successful you will

• Have a proven ability to hit targets!
• Be people-focused and highly organised
• Have experience in building/recruiting a personal training team
• Have experience building a club culture to be proud of and gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility!
• Experience in, or understanding of, human resources and work health and safety processes is desirable.
