UFC GYM is an extension of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, with over 120 clubs internationally; caters for all ages and fitness levels, UFC GYM is a gym for the whole family providing an extensive range of mixed martial arts and fitness classes and workouts.
UFC GYM is growing and as a result, we are looking for the right people to join our experienced membership sales team. For the right applicant, fast-track opportunities to management are available.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven sales experience - fitness industry experience not necessary 'Mastering the Art of Membership Sales Training' is provided
- Quality customer service skills
- Experience in building client relationships
- The ability to drive corporate relations (outreach)
- Proven success in working to achieve targets
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong communication skills both face to face and on the telephone
- A positive attitude
- Integrity and honesty
- Good understanding of the benefits of fitness
