We are looking for the right team members to climb aboard. Full-time Studio Managers, casual trainers and for the right candidates the opportunity to be a part-owner in this fast-growing franchise. We are currently looking for the next superstar manager and team to join our latest Port Melbourne studio.
We are growing fast across Victoria and looking for team members with a can-do attitude ready to help build the community & environment needed to deliver success. You will be the driving force & leader of this studio, responsible for building your own team and delivering an amazing S1 experience to all members.
Superstars will be fast-tracked into our Cluster Manager roles and $ix figure salary PLUS more.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
- Management experience in the fitness industry preferred but not necessary (Group Training preferred)
- Proven results in meeting KPI?s and working with targets
- Energetic, Positive, Proactive, Reliable, Friendly.
