As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with our F45 support network and mentor program to further your professional and personal development. You will be involved in the studio growth and retention, and help in setting and achieving monthly goals.

This is a permanent part-time position, suitable for someone who is after regular ongoing sessions. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high energy group fitness sessions
• Coach clients in correct form and technique
• Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained
• Inspire an energetic environment
• Have an enthusiastic, supportive and personable approach, know everyone by name
• Encourage member participation inside and outside the studio, at all F45 fitness and social events.
• Participate as an engaged team member, attend team meetings, workshops, training seminars and social events
• BE A TEAM PLAYER
• HAVE FUN

Experience and Qualifications: 

• Certificate III or IV in Fitness
• Senior First Aid Certificate
• F45 Experience
