Club Pilates is set to launch in Mosman, Sydney and we are looking for a passionate, motivated, people person to lead the sales team at our new location.
General Manager Wanted
The ideal candidate must have a genuine passion for fitness, communicating with people at all levels and inspiring others. You must be energetic, self-motivated, and get a kick out of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all Studio functionality
- Converting enquiries into sales and achieving targets
- Building a great rapport with potential customers and supporting members
- Following and implementing our sales process
- Updating sales information on various CRM systems
- Providing exceptionally high-quality customer service to new and existing customers
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in membership sales,
- You will come from a Sales or KPI focused background
- Passion for the fitness industry and helping get people started toward a healthier lifestyle
- Friendly and compassionate phone manner
- Outstanding communication skills.
