F45 Seaforth are looking for a star and someone who is truly passionate about developing their career in the health and fitness industry, with a great team who want to create the best F45 experience in the market.

This is a full-time position where you will be working closely with the Studio Owner and the team on Marketing, Management, Sales, Studio Operations, Coaching and Managing a team.

We are looking for someone who has the experience to run group classes with a high energy level and motivate our clients as best possible! The hours for this position can vary depending on the candidate's experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Help Develop and Execute Marketing campaigns working with the studio manager
• Create an amazing overall experience for our clients as well as implementing retention strategies 
• Coach 5-Star F45 sessions creating an epic atmosphere and results
• Drive sales conversion and increase the member base
• Conduct and instruct motivational F45 group classes
• Management of weekly team meetings and check-ins with staff
• End-to-end operations of the studio such as stock management
• Weekly roster management for the team 
• Assist in managing the social media channels
• Drive key KPIs within the studio
• Build strong rapport with clients
• End-to-End management of communications across channels
• Experience with MailChimp, CRM's such as MindBody or executing marketing campaigns is preferable

Must Have's

• 2+ Years Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness
• Ideally previous experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager 
• Cert III + First Aid Certified
• Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members lives
• Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
• Passionate about fitness and represents the F45 values
• Highly energetic and can build great rapport
• Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!
