A part-time role exists as a KX Pilates Marketing and Studio Manager. You will be required to manage the daily operations of 2 x KX Pilates Studios, where you will be expected to follow the systems, policies and procedures accurately to achieve business goals and objectives.
A Marketing & Studio Manager is expected to maximize all opportunities to drive the studio's to operational capacity by creating a paramount customer experience; undertaking local area marketing initiatives and creating content and program creation for the social media marketing. As part of your role, you will also have a responsibility to ensure the studio standards are consistently maintained.

- Be onsite and maintain the required amount of work hours as assigned by the owner
- Provide new clients with information about KX and Trainers on how to create online profile/purchase classes
- Manage private one-on-one appointment schedule for all trainers/clients
- Answer the phone and email enquires within 24 hours
- HR schedule Management
- Booking system Management
- Ensure Studio Standards are well maintained
- Driving and maintaining high client retention
- Driving and maintaining high client referrals
- Local Area Marketing Initiatives
- Social media marketing content creation and programming
- Manage feedback and disputes where they arise, presenting this information to the Management team.
Performance:
As KX Studio Manger you will be accountable for the performance of your home studio. The Key measures to success will be based on
- Achieving and exceeding studio KPI’s
- Maintaining Operational Standards
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Onsite studio audits
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ad hoc Requests
- Attend at least 2 KX Pilates classes per month
- Encouraged 75% attendance at KX Events
