To help us get there we are seeking a dynamic Club Manager. This role is crucial in executing our game plan across marketing, in-club and external promotions, community engagement, membership sales and customer service.

We're looking for someone who wants to be in the driver’s seat and steering the success of a club. 

To become our next superstar you must:

• Have a dynamic and positive attitude to work and life ? be ready to inspire members with your energy and enthusiasm
• Be a self-starter with initiative ? be prepared to come to the table with ideas (good or bad ? there’s no such thing as a bad idea here)
• Have previous strong customer service and sales experience
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have proficiency in using computers and social media platforms ? a must-have!
• Be completely organised and structured in how you operate ? an absolute key
• Be a team player ? you will be operating within a team environment therefore positive and cohesive collaboration is a must - not negotiable
• Be willing to learn and grow in a supportive environment
• Be phone-friendly ? no room for shyness or ego
