• The ability to develop the strong selling skills needed to maximise personal performance and reach membership targets
• The ability to develop product knowledge to drive the value of club membership
• Someone that displays strong leadership abilities and the ability to work either alone or as part of a team environment
• The ability to be creative and inspiring
• Be energetic and motivating in a competitive nature amongst team members
• A desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the Club
• Experience with videography, photography and graphic design using Photoshop will be highly regarded.

As a Membership Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Achieving personal pre-determined sales targets
• Managing your own database of health club members, including; retention, sales and account management
• Create business opportunities within the local, corporate market
• Planning and executing local level marketing and lead generating plans
