Snap Fitness Doonside is a brand new gym set to open in the heart of Doonside. Snap Fitness is a 24/7 franchise gym with a focus on providing the best fitness experience to every single member. Snap Fitness Doonside will have state of the art equipment & provide personal training and group fitness sessions.

Qualifications & experience:

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness
• Previous personal training/group fitness instructing experience
• Demonstrated sales ability and experience
• A willingness to work flexible hours
• Current First Aid and CPR (or higher)
• Current Police and WWC Check (or willing to obtain)
• Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Insurance, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity
• Australian Fitness Registration (Optional)

Tasks & responsibilities:

• One-on-One personal training sessions including goal setting consults and program design
• Conduct a range of group training sessions and classes
• Provide new member orientations
• Contribute to and participate in club activities and campaigns
• Exceptional client portfolio management, customer services, communication and sales skills
• Ability to build and manage a successful personal training business with a focus on membership acquisition and retention
• Motivated and passionate about the fitness industry
• A vibrant personality and desire to work in a team
