We are seeking a qualified Personal Trainer (Cert 3&4) who doesn't claim to have all the answers, but rather has the motivation and willingness to learn. Prior experience working as a PT will be favoured, but recent graduates who are yet to obtain on-the-job experience will still be considered. Most importantly, the successful applicant must lead a healthy lifestyle that involves regular weight training, a friendly personality, and find genuine enjoyment in helping people achieve their fitness goals. Living close to the local area will also be advantageous.

THE ROLE

The current role advertised will be based from our brand-new gym in SOUTH YARRA, home to one of the most fitness-conscious populations in Australia. You'll be welcoming brand new members as they experience our new gym for the first time, and in doing so you will greatly assist with building our club culture. With exclusive access to over 400 gym members (and growing fast!), this role is your golden ticket to a successful career as an industry-leading Personal Trainer.

The successful applicant will start with a manageable number of regular PT clients (a mix of 45min & 60 min sessions) with plenty more on offer once settled into the role. The successful applicant will also be responsible for running our Small-Group HIIT classes (paid of course!) where you will become well known to members, build positive relationships, and have the opportunity to acquire new personal training clients.

The successful applicant will receive guidance and mentoring directly from the company director, a multiple-award-winning trainer with over 15 years of hands-on experience. We work as a tight-knit supportive team of trainers and will help you realise your strengths and enhance your overall skill-set, with the ultimate goal of delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients, while at the same time building your confidence and long-term job satisfaction as an industry-leading trainer.
