We are a brand new 24/7 Fitness Chain, locally owned and operated, bringing a fresh new approach to your local club. We're all about community, fun and adding some zest into our members workouts. We're big enough to cater for everybody, yet small enough to care and not treat our members (or our employees) as a number.

What's The Gig?

You’ll select, develop and mentor your small team to achieve targets and have fun. Making sure each new member has a great experience. Success will rely on your ability to build key relationships in the local community. You’ll coach your team to be their ‘Personal Best’ and identify gaps and areas for further development. You are the ambassador of the club - you lead by example with your excellent customer service and communication skills, your problem solving and business acumen. We love “CAN DO” people.

About You:

You’re an experienced leader who thinks strategically and is passionate about fitness. You’re nurturing and people-focused, yet driven to succeed. You have a proven track record of delivering sales and business growth results. You love thinking of creative ways to generate new business and build local relationships. You love to teach your team techniques and you get a kick out of goal setting and getting people to those I did it! moments. Experience in the gym industry is not a necessity, however, management experience in retail, hospitality and sales is highly desirable.

• Annual Salary $75k - $85k PLUS Superannuation
