The Role:
We are looking for highly motivated trainers who have a love for HIIT training and changing the lives of our wonderful F45 family for a casual trainer role and/or full-time trainer role. In this role your daily duties will include:
- Conduct and instruct motivational F45 group classes
- Build strong relationships with our members and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Daily functions and upkeep of the studio
- Creating a fun and motivating atmosphere
- Social Media Assistance
- Help in sales
To be successful for this role you require:
- A minimum Cert 3 in Fitness
- A current CPR and Senior First Aid Certificate
- Ideally a Cert 4 in Fitness
- Strong group training experience (ideally at F45) and personal training experience
- Availability to work different shifts times during the week: early mornings, in the evenings and weekends in the morning
- Can do / enthusiastic attitude
