Coaching Zone is a successful group training program operating inside Genesis Fitness Clubs. We require an enthusiastic, high energy and self-motivated fitness coach to join our Coaching Zone team within Genesis Maidstone & Genesis Preston.
About us:
Coaching Zone is our premium product option that provides access to unlimited Small Group Training sessions per week. Our Coaches lead participants through structured, 45-minute sessions that are personalised to everyone’s capabilities and designed to get members long lasting results fast.
The role:
Working as part of an industry leading team you will be joining an upbeat environment where your passion for fitness and enthusiasm will add to an already fantastic team. We need a great coach to bring their personality and flair to our members, so each session is an amazing customer experience.
We will provide you with ongoing training to ensure you continue to develop and progress as a coach.
The ideal candidate would have:
- A passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- High energy especially at 6am!
- A “Yes” attitude.
- Good knowledge of exercise technique.
- A high level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Punctual.
Qualifications required (minimum requirements):
- Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Level 2 First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children’s Check
- Police check
