With growth comes opportunity! Crunch Fitness is pioneering again and is looking to fill a new role created as part of its growth strategy. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced manager who can work independently to set up and drive our newly defined health and wellness products and services offering.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of all health and wellness retail products and services including sourcing new products and services, designing and implementing systems and procedures to work these into existing operating systems and motivating and driving club teams to directly impact membership growth and business performance.

This exciting new role provides the opportunity to work with Crunch Fitness senior management teams across the Crunch network in Australia and globally to develop a health and wellness offering that is innovative, appealing and highly effective at generating new revenue opportunities, improving member retention and member referrals and further position Crunch Fitness as a leader in the industry.

A critical aspect of the role is to drive frontline engagement. By creating relevant information and inspiring content, you will assist with marketing communication and campaigns, direct training systems and support all awareness platforms to ensure optimum exposure.

You will be inspired and supported by the Chief Executive Officer and Home Office team who will provide you constant training, development, tools and initiatives to ensure you are a success in the role. This partnership will drive results and will support the growth strategy of Crunch Fitness.
