Snap Fitness Samford is currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated fitness professional for the position of Assistant Club Manager, Snap Fitness - Samford. 

About the role:

The Assistant Club Manager is accountable for supporting the Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Club. The position provides key assistance to the Club Manager to:

  • Drive sales and profitability
  • Ensure a continued high standard of service is provided to members
  • Assist in maintaining all areas of the business: Administration, Sales, Customer Service, Reception, Member retention and Personal Training
  • Deliver Group training classes
  • Mentor a team of Personal Trainers

This is a part-time position offering a minimum of 20-25 hours per week both morning and evenings, with the option to do PT sessions outside of your Assistant Club Manager hours, providing you with an opportunity for additional income over and above your income.

Grow into a Club manager role.

Candidates must hold the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR (or higher)
  • Police/working with children check/blue card (or willing to obtain)
  • Fitness registration will be highly regarded.

  • Have experience supervising or managing a small team
  • Be people-focused and highly organised
  • Be willing to learn and progress within the fitness industry
  • Have a proven record in completing day to day tasks and following instructions
  • Have experience building a club culture to be proud
