Expression of Interest - NSW Contact Centre - Sales
On the back of a successful implementation of the NSW-based Contact Centre for service and administration, an additional Contact Centre - Sales will be launched within NSW.
The goal of this project is to continually provide exceptional service to our members and guests, whilst having a consistent approach to outbound and inbound activity resulting in the achievement of new member sales targets.
The Contact Centre will be responsible for:
- All outbound lead management for memberships and personal training -
- Organising in-Centre tours and appointments
- Manage responses to Centre-specific social media pages
- Manage Centre-specific website enquiries
- Incoming enquiry handling for Memberships and Personal Training
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with great communication skills, enjoy building rapport with customers and have the ability to work towards goal-oriented targets within an exciting team atmosphere. Successful candidates will need to have confidence in making phone calls and be competent in various software systems.
This is a phone-based sales role within our Genesis Warners Bay club in Newcastle. We have a range of part-time (15-25 hours) roles available.
