Some extra must have’s:

1. Previous leadership experience and track record of breeding extraordinary talent
2. Previous operational experience, encompassing all aspects of team management, customer service and sales
3. Natural stakeholder management skillset
4. A positive, upbeat, motivated attitude with excellent communication and decision making skills
5. A knack for organisation and juggling various tasks in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong computer skills 

Being a Studio Manager at Orangetheory:

Within the walls of a world-class facility you will provide daily leadership to your entire team, including oversight and execution of outstanding customer service and driving of the sales function. You will be empowered and have the freedom to execute strategic plans which target brand awareness and continuous growth of the Orangetheory fitness community in your studio. Along with this, you will find yourself:

1. Leading by example through self-involvement in all studio activities
2. Creating a high energy, high-performance culture through contests and incentive-based motivation
3. Coordinating exciting and attention-grabbing pre-sale events, and marketing outreach
4. Taking full ownership for performance metrics and cost controls of the studio
