You will have a license to be creative in your position and will work in close consultation with Fit n Firm's owners.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Manage day to day operations of the club, HR, payroll, rostering, sales, supps ordering
- Lead by example and take ownership of growth and the clubs success ensuring all KPI's are achieved
- Manage your team from the front, showing genuine care and responsibility for their training
- Being innovative and creative on how we can continuously improve our member's experience
- Be proactive in the marketing strategies
- Be an active member of local community events
- Be responsible for day to day advertising through social media and show confidence in showcasing our club through these platforms consistently
- Create a vibrant, fun and positive club culture
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Build a fitness community like no other within our Berwick fitness hub
REQUIREMENTS
- Staff management experience essential
- Certificates III and IV in Fitness
- Strong Direct Sale and Retail sales preferred.
- Your personality will reflect a positive, upbeat disposition with a sense of urgency 24/7
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target driven and understand the importance of achieving set KPI's
- Well-presented and professional
- Flexibility to work evenings, early mornings and some Saturday mornings
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Admin Skills - must be able to use Excel, Word, Google, all Social Media accounts
