The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day management and operations of the club including lead generation, sales, customer service, debt collection and building and maintaining strong relationships with members and the local community. The successful applicant will ensure that Plus Fitness LIVERPOOL maintains its leading position as the best place to train!
This role offers a broad range of responsibilities including;
- Overseeing Day to Day operation of the gym
- Member services
- Membership sales
- Administration
- Involvement in local area marketing
Skills and qualifications required
- Basic Maths and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
- A history in Sales & Business Development
- Certificate 3 in Fitness (Certificate 4 in PT is optional)
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- An ability to hit targets
- Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen
- Good knowledge of the health and fitness industry product will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
It is preferred that the successful candidate will have a strong and proven track record in Sales and Customer Service. Previous experience in the sale and retention of gym memberships will also assist an application.
