Genesis Health + Fitness Morayfield is decked out with top of the range equipment and facilities in a large gym space. Existing Genesis Personal Trainers are making upwards of $50,000 a year while working in a fun and supportive team environment.
The Role as a Personal Trainer:
Support our growth and the ongoing demand for Personal Trainers in our newly renovated full-service Health Club. Operate as a business owner running your Personal Training business as part of the Genesis team. We will provide you with industry-leading development opportunities and support.
To ensure a high quality of service to our members, we provide our Personal Training Business Owners with initial and ongoing support, including:
- Intensive induction program and ongoing professional development
- Potential client leads and access to an existing client base
- Business support systems
- Industry-specific education and workshops to increase your knowledge
Working with Genesis Fitness Clubs will provide you with a great opportunity to build your business, increase your skills and work in a fun, vibrant environment.
Genesis is growing quickly and opportunities to move into management positions are available for our top PTs.
Not Qualified as a Fitness Professional or Personal Trainer:
If you do not currently hold a SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness and/or SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness*, Genesis Health + Fitness Morayfield and The Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (RTO 32363), can help you get the qualifications you need to join the fitness industry. You can obtain your qualification * through AIPT and under the mentorship of Genesis Health + Fitness Morayfield to ensure you are taught by passionate fitness leaders and exposed to employment opportunities as a Personal Trainer.
At the completion of the *SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness, Genesis Health + Fitness Morayfield Fitness Manager will offer you the opportunity to attend an interview and identify potential employment opportunities within Genesis Health + Fitness Morayfield. *Fees apply, see www.aipt.edu.au for more details.
