At Genesis Melton we are excited to announce that we are looking for a Fitness Manager to open our brand-new coaching zone. As the Fitness Manager you will get the chance to lead and develop our team of coaches and deliver great coaching sessions.
If you’re passionate about helping members, running great sessions and developing coaches and want to make a name for yourself in a fast-growing company, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Experience in the industry is required.
About the role:
- You will be employed full time to run coaching sessions, develop your team, on board members and learn how a business works from the ground up!
- You need the skills and charisma that will engage members to love being in your sessions.
- We will support you in terms of development and training, that, along with our existing systems will enable you to be an awesome Fitness Manager.
- We want your personality and flair to take you and your team of coaches/trainers to the next level.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven ability to run a successful PT business
- Inspirational qualities

- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR
