Anytime Fitness in Dural is now seeking a motivated, enthusiastic sales team member to take on the challenging role of inspiring our prospects to join and our members to continue to enjoy their training.
Candidates should only apply if they are willing to help our members achieve their goals via pushing them through Small group training and Exercise Programs when necessary.
This is an exciting casual/part-time role that provides a diversity of experience in the Fitness Industry. For the right candidate, full-time hours may be available.
ABOUT YOU:
The Membership Consultant position requires someone with:
- Proven history of sales and working with people
- Exceptional sales skills
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Ability to multi-task whilst under pressure
- Goal orientated
- Self-motivator and high performer
- Highly competent using Microsoft programs
- Use and understand social media channels
- Ability to learn new technology
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Drive the sales process from active lead generation to appointments, managing walk-ins and processing joining up for each new member
- Assist Club operations and procedures to a high standard
- Run and administer group training and assessments
- Help our members have a fantastic experience every time
- Perform administrative duties, maintain accurate customer information on the membership database, and use all technology and systems to their full extent
