We're looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Studio Manager to take the reins of our F45 Training Studio in Albany Creek.

A team training facility in which members are challenged every day! Experiencing different functional movements, high-intensity interval training, fun and RESULTS in 45-minute sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the continued growth of the F45 studio
- Manage the daily operation of the studio
- Drive and manage client memberships
- Ownership of social media engagement and campaigns
- Engage local community to drive awareness and partner collaboration
- Together with the talented team, deliver high-quality team training classes
Required Attributes:
- Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, vibrant, passionate and personable approach with clients
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Previous experience managing a studio/team (desirable)
- Highly driven and goal oriented
- Committed with a willingness & ability to work flexible hours
- Core values of honesty and integrity, trustworthy with cash/inventory handling
- Self-motivated with strong organisation and planning skills
- Fitness Industry Savvy
Required Qualifications:
- Cert IV in Personal Training
- Senior First Aid
