Diverse and challenging Multi-Site Fitness Management role based in Brisbane

We are looking for a superstar that has a strong Small Group Personal Training Management background and amazing PT recruitment and development skills.

Based in Brisbane’s North, Genesis Health and Fitness and Coaching Zone offers the best of both worlds. A fully integrated big box Health club that forms part of a national network and a revolutionary Small group Training platform that utilises the best technology and coaching practices to deliver ongoing results.

You must

• Be an energetic and passionate Fitness Leader
• Have a background in both Personal Training Management and Small Group Personal Training Management
• Be a qualified and insured Certificate 3 and 4 Personal Trainer
• Have had a proven track record of People Leadership and Management
• Have a proven track record of achieving KPI’s
• Have multi-site management experience
• Own your own car and have a Full Drivers licence
• Be a current Blue Card holder
• Hold current CPR and First Aid registration        

This role will eventually encompass Coaching Zone Management in Townsville in the near future. This role will require some local travel between our 4 Brisbane Clubs and also our 2 Townsville Clubs. As we are a Melbourne based company travel will also be required on a semi-regular basis.  

OTE 80k Plus.
