KettleFit is an innovative group training gym centred around the use of Kettlebells in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

Our focus is on improving functional fitness levels. We help our members train towards improving aerobic stamina while building practical strength through Personal Training and Coaching. 

We specialise in community-based kettlebell functional fitness through a unique blend of cardio and weights. Low impact, high-intensity full-body functional training for everyone.

The gym is fully equipped with barbells, cardio and a full suite of Kettlebells.
