12 Round Fitness is an industry revolution. Training sessions are modelled around a 12 round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels.

You will be embarking on this career journey as a Membership and sales consultant and an essential part of the overall success of this exciting new fitness venture. This newly created opportunity will be split between two locations in Port Melbourne and Point Cook.

Your previous sales and marketing experience will translate into identifying and developing sales strategies in order to increase memberships via lead generation, brand promotion, social media networks and outreach activities.

What We Are Looking For:

Ideally, we would expect to receive applicants with prior experience in leading sales teams and who have exceeded sales targets and established a strong level of member satisfaction.

The primary role of the Membership and Sales Consultant is to communicate effectively with members and continue to grow the business.

The primary objective of the Membership & Sales Consultant is to achieve the goals and targets as set by the franchisee, specifically around membership growth.

Salary: $65k+ OTE

 Key duties will include the following:

  • Achieving club membership sales targets
  • Achieving club membership revenue targets
  • Perform general admin duties
  • Customer service
  • Manage all financial aspects of the business
  • Weekly reporting to franchisees

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing
  • Have an energetic, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Be driven by excellence
  • Enjoy working with people and building meaningful relationships
  • Possess First Aid and Blue Card certificates
