About the role:

As the Club Manager of our Ifeelgood247 Coopers Plains club, your primary role will be looking after the day to day operations of the club while leading and mentoring a small team of personal trainers. Your day could be anything from helping a member with a program to designing a local area marketing plan.

We need someone who possesses the following: 

  • Leadership skills
  • Selling skills
  • Business experience
  • Relationship building
  • Local area marketing experience
  • Ability to reach KPI’s
  • Great communicator, both written and verbally
  • Computer literate (experience with databases, MS)
  • Administration skills
  • Reporting skills
  • Valid drivers licence and reliable motor vehicle
  • Outstanding customer service
  • A desire to make people feel good

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Fitness minimum
  • Current First Aid/CPR certificates
  • Blue Card (Working with Children)
