The Company:

12 Round Fitness offers the latest in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Boxing and functional strength. Workouts are designed around the format of a 12 Round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine boxing skills and drills with functional strength training and sports based cardio exercises with heart rate technology to maximise results FAST!

The Opportunity:

Working as part of a great team across two 12RND clubs, this unique opportunity exists for motivated individuals to assume the role of Group Trainer | Personal Trainer | Boxing Coach and become an integral part of the overall success of 12 Round Fitness.

20+ hours a week, min shifts are generally 3 hours (up to 5 hours)
Casual/Contract and Full-Time options available, the main thing we expect is some dedication and ownership of the role, so if you are looking to fill in time, please don't apply!

Salary: $30-$40 p/h “Depending on skills and experience”

Responsibilities:

  • Run daily HIIT workouts
  • Ensure members get the workout of their lives...EVERY TIME
  • Maintain gym facilities when required
  • Be a valued team member
  • Ensure you know EVERY member's name
  • Contributing to our kick-ass culture
  • Oversee group fitness workouts
  • Provide boxing pad work for members
  • Build the 12 Round image and profile

Must have's:

  • Be a FUN & engaging People Person!
  • Boxing and functional strength training knowledge & skills
  • Ability to teach others effectively
  • Experience conducting Group Fitness Classes
  • Be fit, naturally outgoing, confident and energetic
  • Enjoy working with people and building meaningful relationships
  • Punctuality and flexibility with hours including some weekend shifts
  • Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness
  • Boxing Certificate or Boxing Coach highly desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Have outstanding customer service skills
  • Preference is to live close to the area, Car (& licence) is desirable as we need someone with the ability to get to the studio on time
