This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to launch their HR career in the fitness industry. As the Human Resources Administrator, you will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all roles across NSW. You will also assist the HR team with various projects and administrative support as required.

The role is 15 hours per week.

Core responsibilities in this role include the following;

  • Co-ordinate recruitment for all roles across the state (NSW) including management of the Careers email inbox.
  • Co-ordinate interviews for all roles (MO, MS, GM, Home Office etc.) including group interviews.
  • Ensuring recruitment needs of the business are met e.g. Raising advertisements, assisting with shortlisting, organising interviews with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Report on relevant recruitment, induction and retention information as required.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the New Staff Induction, including presenting on ‘Our People’.
  • Administer position contracts, follow up unreturned paperwork and facilitate staff set up with payroll and systems.
  • Assist the Organisational Development Coordinator with the rollout and communication or various projects.
  • Administration of the Performance Management Framework, and guide managers as required.
  • Report on basic data and highlight trends.
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc projects as required.

  • Demonstrated experience in administration.
  • A willingness to assist the team as required.
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Advanced ability to communicate across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Innovative and collaborative approach.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous facilitation or presentation experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of legislative requirements.
  • Passionate about fitness and the power it has to change lives!!
