About us:

6 Years ago we branched out into our first Snap Fitness Gym, since then we have added another 3 and are in the process of adding more to our group. Our locations are across the country with centres in QLD, NSW & Vic.

Our business is not only focused on growing but also to offer the best possible experience we can for our members, in doing this we are now seeking someone to assist in helping us exceed these goals.

About the Role:

You will be reporting directly to the owners on achievable goals and working with Club Managers & PT’s.

Your Role will be based around the following areas:

  • Revenue Growth
  • EBIT Growth
  • Membership Growth Strategy (Sales -Onboarding-Retention)
  • Compliance to relevant processes and procedures in the Snap Fitness & our Private Company systems
  • The position can be based in any of our locations with opportunities in Melbourne West, Dubbo NSW, Fraser Coast QLD & Toowoomba QLD.
  • Marketing of all programs and club promotions.
  • Lead Gen Planning & Execution.

This role will have a strong focus on rapid member growth with the successful candidate required to implement and execute pre-sale campaigns and re-launching existing clubs that have gone through a refurbishment process.

To be successful you will:

  • Have a strong knowledge of local marketing initiatives, in particular, social media campaigns
  • Have demonstrated experience in managing pre-sales campaigns
  • Have demonstrated achievement in people management, decreasing staff turnover and improving staff satisfaction.
  • Have proven outcomes in driving fitness program offerings across a multi-site business and demonstrated experience in overseeing facility management activities that result in managed clubs being safe, clean and well maintained.
  • Have demonstrated experience in implementing national and local marketing plans to increase lead volume.
  • Have proven results in designing and implementing strategies to increase membership size and achieve profit growth
  • Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in a similar environment (e.g. fitness, retail etc.) will be highly regarded.
