This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to launch their career in the fitness industry. As the Business Analyst, you will drive membership operations from the back end as well as being responsible for business reporting and analysis of data.

3-month contract.

Core responsibilities in this role include the following:

• Reporting on daily production, dashboards, billing and reject analysis;
• Providing analysis for the business on a range of areas;
• Manage data around internal and external contests and push EDMS/SMS campaigns;
• Manage the sales system database and overall data integrity of the system;
• Manage all membership operations and front end data processing;
• Maintain effective relationships with system providers; and
• System pioneering to ensure optimum efficiencies.

A successful candidate would possess the following mindset, skills and experience:

• Degree qualifications in Business Management, Information Systems or related discipline;
• Current Class C Driver Licence;
• Demonstrated knowledge of database management and the ability to interpret data;
• Highly skilled in excel with strong business analytical skills;
• Have an innovative and collaborative approach;
• Have an exceptional attention detail;
• Be passionate about health and fitness and are personable;
• Have a true love for technology and information systems; and
• Are all about having FUN!
