In this position you'll be selling the best product in the world - FITNESS.
Be rewarded for your hard work with the highest salaries and the BIGGEST commissions in the industry. 75% of our consultants make more than $50,000 pa, and 25% make more than $70,000!
The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility and Genesis in a positive and professional manner.
As a Membership Consultant your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Membership and Club Managers.
To be successful you must:
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- Enjoy helping people start their goals
- Be seeking full time work
- Be flexible with work hours and accommodating to a rotating roster
- Be able to work alone as well as in a team environment
Ideally you will have previous sales experience but experience is not essential. Our 3-day comprehensive induction provides extensive training.
We also provide our Membership Consultants with daily meetings & catch-ups, ongoing monthly sales training and quarterly awards and launches.
